I can't really understand wich are the two kanji to write "Level" and "Bravery"... Can you help me about this ?
This is because there is no such thing as "bravery level".
勲三等功五級 ,
where 勲 = merit = sacred treasure or rising sun order
功 = meritous service/deed (in fact 功 is simply an alternative form of 勲) = golden kite order.
as for 等 = 級 = grade/class

I bought it for 15 euro.
Now that`s a darn rare and sweet price for this medal.
BTW I found it sold without box on one of the auctions for 600 usd.

"Quite a high price" for a what? That is the question.
For a medal that has 4 of 5 on scarcity scale?
Rare manchukou medals gonna cost you thousands.
By the way, what makes you think that a "fair price" for this "rarity" is 200 euros or even 300?
Without the box it will be more like 200 dollars or less.
For example this set of medals was sold for 300 dollars.

Nonsence
For example

Etc, etc, etc...
It certainly doesn't look that rare.

Does anybody know who and how many persons got this medal?
According to the statute this medal was awarded to those who were invited to Enthronement or performed official duties during Enthronement. Also prime minister office could award anybody at its own discretion.
The exact number is not known (as per today), but at least 16 000 were issued. Quite likely the total number is much higher .
It`s not very rare.
It was made by japan mint. You will find its marks at the rim.

It was issued to the member of some unidentifiable martial club for participation in Kaigeiko.
These are not very rare.

As far as I remember he was awarded with 3rd class
As for the Kleindekoration in the form of the sun - this is unofficial add-on.
