      This one was issued on November 1, 1922. Name of the cavaier Matsubara Genichi, holder of the 8th decorated rang. Pretty rare doc that I recently added to my collection of golden kites

      Very interesting medal bar from Meiji epoch (Russo-Japanese War) Check this 7th class Kite (type 2 in my classification http://gmic.co.uk/index.php/topic/51228-classification-of-golden-kites-in-6th-and-7th-class/page-1) And of course 8th class rising sun (veins and reverse insciprion look familiar )
