      Check this out guys. Document for Sacred Treasure 1st class issued for Lieutenant General Yamada Seiichi (1893-1945) He commanded 5th Division in the Kai and Aroe Islands from October 1944. After the end of war he commited suicide. He got his 1st class on May 17, 1944.
