This cross was made in Moscow by Dmitry Kuchkin (ДК) workshop somewhere between 1908 and 1917.

This one is korean.

機関部である尾筒には民間型である伊澤式という打刻が入っております。正規型の38式歩兵銃ではないので、菊の御紋はありません

It looks like some part of the inscription is the same as case inscription.

But I am not very good at reading handwriting. Sorry.

It reads 

井澤式 - Isawa type

So it was made by subcontractor Isawa Jyuko somewhere betweeen 1940 and 1945.

Most likely this happened because of the catchlight. 

This is how the correct case for this type of kite should look like.

Yep.

Kite is from Showa epoch, but the case is from Meiji/Taisho time period.

and his name in katakana

The inscriptions reads 

東京市 - Tokyo city

Look like presentation box for some memento connected with all these visits in the early 20s.

Unfortunately both are doctored version of the normal medal and they are hanging from the wrong ribbon (replica ribbon for great east-asia war medal)

This one is much more promising.

The case is the wrong one (from the red cross medal).

I`d like to see the reverse

The ribbon itself has a chance to be an original (although from Showa epoch), but the rosette was added. Even white stripes look differently  

Order is original.

The ribbon is not original for this order - during Meiji epoch ribbon for 4th class didn`t have a rosette and had slightly different color  

The 3rd class is Showa piece. 

This 4th class came from Meiji epoch. The ribbon is a modern replica.

Original ribbon for 4th class from Meiji epoch should look like this one 

and original ribbon for 4th class from Showa should look like this
