Thanks a lot Mike! Now, any chance a gentleman would be able to let us know the names and ranks of the people on these Docs? Thanks in advance, Dolf

Mike, Great! So the Vienna Doc will complete this thread, the others will complete the other Liberation of thread Dolf

Apparently mine doesn't have that edged rim, and it doesn't have either that "problem" on the edge "along the letters "...polya." " ! Any opinions/comments? Dolf

Thanks. Well, at least at my age better there is no one around... otherwise they would put me in an asylum or something of the kind... Dolf

Here is the last series of my Campaign Medals, the 3 Liberation of Medals. All of the Var. 1 I believe. Again I don't have Docs for these so please post here your Docs so the thread would be complete. Starting with the Medal for the Liberation of Belgrade, obverse. Dolf

Following the order they are listed on The Guide, here are my Capture of Medals. I believe they are all of the Var. 1. Unfortunatelly no Docs for these so if any/some of you gentlemen have the appropriate Docs please feel free to post them here so we can have a complete thread for these Medals. The Medal for the Capture of Budapest, obverse. Dolf

I believe you suggested it some time ago, and I agree it's a great idea. These Medals, either for their Historical value, as well as for their collecting interest are among my favorite I'm doing the same for the other Campaign Medals (Capture of and Liberation of), I just don't have Docs for those Dolf
