    1. Another example, being the slightly later style, with black wreath by C.E Juncker.
    2. List of manufacturers: Assmann. C.E Juncker. JMME. GWL. G.H Osang. P.Meybauer. B&NL. W.Deumer. "unknown maker" An early example by 'JMME & Shon' having the silver wreath and brass eagle.
    3. I've not many 'Heer' awards, but I thought I'd start this new section off with one of my favourites.. So, let's see how many maker's we can come up with.. 1st up.. Karl Wurster in bronze.
    4. Hi L, I've increased the saturation on this pic' in the hope that you will be able to see the rippled water effect that original service ribbons should have. If you hold these ribbons in a certain light, this effect shows up quite strongly. It's something to do with the way these ribbons were woven.. I'm sure that when I post this ribbon it won't show up well.. Have a look at some of the corn flower blue service ribbons, that I'm sure you will have, and all will become clear..
    5. This is the type of ribbon you should be looking for.. Again these are copied and are usually narrower than the originals. They also lack the 'water pattern' that all originals should have.
    6. Here are a couple of Customs (Zollgrenzschutz-Ehrenzeichen) Service awards. These awards, like everything else, are copied so it may be a good idea to post your example, just to make sure it's original..
    7. 2nd pattern Pilots badge by 'C.E Juncker'. This example shows one of the most common problems with alu' badges, the loss & replacement of the catch.
