Those postwar Kameradschaft documents must contain an enormous wealth of information for those who want to research these ships, is this 'Kameradschaft' still active?     2. Thanks for your replies! Here a close-up of page 2, the same stamp that Hucks mentioned is found here and above the signature there is a vague stamp which shows 'Feldpostnummer M 34510'

Awards page, EK2 awarded 3th July 1941 after exactly one year at sea, Hilfskreuzer-abzeichen awarded 1st Dec. 1941 after completing the first cruise and return in Hamburg, signed again by Huschenbeth. Minensucher-abzeichen awarded while serving with Sperrbrecher 18 of the 3th Sperrbrecher-Flottille.
    6. Soldbuch is issued 10th dec.1941 and signed by (which I believe) Komet's I.O. Korv. Kap. Josef Huschenbeth
    7. Hello Gents, Bought this nice little set last week, a soldbuch and some documents of Theodor Eisenhuth, who was on Komet's first cruise and later served on Sperrbrecher 18. If anyone can provide me more information about this Sperrbrecher, it is much appreciated.... Regards, Mark

    10. Hello Gentlemen, I've been watching this forum for a while now and I must admit that I enjoy it very much! I think that I found the right place to learn more about this fascinating hobby. For that reason I want to show you my first cased Iron Cross in my first post on this forum. The cross is marked WS, and there appears to be a small mark at the needle's back, don't know what this is? The case is burgundy with a purple inlay, but for some reason my camera can't find the right colours...... Kind Regards, Mark
