    2. Wrong information here. Officers had to apply for their medals BUT they were received officially impressed with rank, initials and name for army personel and with the force added after the surname if R.N., R.A.F., etc. Kevin in Deva. :cheers:

    5. Hallo bovec1313. thanks for this very informative post. Another point to note, is the red and gilt are painted on opposite upper and inner surfaces of the checkered areas, and the detail areas of the real & fake items. Kevin in Deva. :cheers:

    11. The Muslim graves to the left of the picture along the edge of the Cemetery wall all facing towards the East. Kevin in Deva. :cheers:
    12. I took individual pictures of the approximatly 96 French Christian Graves and 35 Muslim Graves, Looking at the spaces between the graves I suspect some were exhumed and returned to France in the years between the original burials and 2010. Kevin in Deva. :cheers:
