Hello this might be the William Treite that my soldbuch refers too but I cant read it there any mention of his parents on this there names are Carl Treite and Loise Treite (maiden name is Foot) The record shows the mother as Luise Treite, I dont know if this is the right one or not but any help would be appreciated Thanks John

hello, I know this is a relic but what are yall's opinions on it is it authentic? I havent handled the m16 and some m16's ive seen in pictures look different around the lugs on the sides. the weight is different then with the later wwii versions. thanks john

I know it is terrible whoever did this to the piece but I would like to get it and restore it to as close to original as possible. the question is is it authentic because it is hard to tell with the custom job on it i only have these three pictures of it thanks john
