can anyone tell me what this marking is, it is hand inked on a KM belt under the flap at the cacth end, is it a mans service number?

N - Nordsee naval station

614 - Sailor number

39 - Year of induction into the kriegsmarine

ET - suplementary soldiers with technical careers
