American items are not really my "thing", but I do like attributed awards. What records are available on Purple Heart recipients?DavidThanks David. I collect mostly the Civilian and Public Service stuff for the US side of things. I haven't done any research of US military personnel. I know of sites that information on KIA's is available, but not for WIA's.
Guest Darrell
Thanks to VerKuilen Ager over at WAF, he pointed me in one direction. I got some prelimary Draft information. Do you have to write away to get the more detailed goodies like service records? Or is this stuff classified for US personnel. I kow how the system works in Canada ... but not so for South of the Border 1.
