You are absolutely correct. I bet that's the 1922 model Red Cross Decoration, unless Scharffenberg used the same button into the 1930s. Extremely nice set!

Sharffenberg was still using this style of button/rolled ribbons (actually made by Kunath) well into the early 1940's. I believe these pre-date that.
