Bill Garvy Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 I have not heard nor seen of either a 141 (Sohni, Heubach & Company of Oberstein), or a 142 (A.D. Schwerdt of Stuttgart). I would sure like to see some detailed pictures/scans as your time permits. . .
DavidM Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 HelloI have searched all the lists of EK manufacturers, and reference books and can find no mention of these two companies as makers of EKs.
Steve campbell Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 The LDO chart on the WAF forum lists them as makers.
Bishop Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 Hi Frank, Congrats! mm141 & 142 are pretty rare, so is any EK2 thatmmd 100+.As far as I know, mm EK2 costs about $150~$200 nowadays.(in a fair or event mint condition)If you have an opportunity to score them, then get them quick!Because the good things don't last!!! Regards, Bishop
RICK SCHMID Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 (edited) Hi All:Many dealers list their items incorrectly for example maker 142 it looks like a 142 at a quick glance but could also be a 132 without the fully formed 3. Look hard I have 2 or three examples of this maker mark. all are 132 IMO. Edited December 21, 2006 by RICK SCHMID
