I have read accounts that this version is in FULL COLOR. Is that correct? Or does it just have the first few exotic orders in color and the rest in B&W like past editions?

To my eyes the 2006 edition was in full-colour. have yet to see any info on the 2007 one.

Yes, it is! Past editions had only order insignia in color. This one has also medals with color ribbons. It also has AU, CA and NZ sections. Besides it is not much different from previous editions.

There is color throughout -- and colour too -- but most of what is there comes in the addition of ribbons to the entry for each medal (in addition to the ribbon chart). As most of the medals are still shown naked, they don't add much color to the presentation.

More importantly, many of the old laughable perstent errors remain and, for those who want the volume as a price guide, get the special edition that comes pre-packaged with a large grain of salt.

Still, a useful reference.

Thanks guys. The last one I had was 2005 (me thinks). So they must have changed that in 2006.
