Post the new version if you would--I assume you mean a new fake has been produced in Russia?

Your pin had a large barrel in the first place explaining the loose fit, or, it was replaced with a first pattern pin, same outcome.

If there is another badge out there that looks like this in Russia, and it is a reproduction, please try to find an image of it and post it here.

I think we are at the point where either you believe in this badge or not---not sure you are going to get 100% agreement on it since it is not "textbook"--then again, not all badges are.

have to say there is the misunderstanding, duty of my poor english.

the Badge in Russia, but wasn't birth here.

and, if it is a really a new generation of the "first class" copies ? it's a no good news.

we'll have to find some evidences of it, fortunately ( for my trust ) still have nothing.

I like your thoughts about that "the hinge-pin" area.
