Artillery-Engineer Lieutenant Colonel Aleksandr Gerasimovich Timshenko. Unfortunately the attestation is undated. Clues: 5 sided boards, and not a single WW2 campaign medal. Obviously a 3 November 1944 long service Red Star. Shall we say... 1945-46?
