    Gentlemen,

I am not an expert in Austrian Awards (I collect Soviet & Yugoslavian Awards), but I am a native Austrian ;) .

Scan #2, down in the center, that seems to be a typical "Krukenkreuz" from the period of "Austrofaschismus" 1933 - 1938. The oak leaves might indicate special merits. It is for sure NOT an official order, but maybe some "Badge of Excellence" for merits to clerical fascism in Austria  .

Scan #1: The head of the eagle is the traditional symbol of the Austrian Police Forces, but it has not the form of the "Krukenkreuz" of clerical fascism. Maybe an special - non state - award for high merits to the police from about 1919 to 1932  .

    Best regards

    Christian
