Steiner Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Good day Gentlemen I would like to share with you one of my finds. I couple of years ago a picked up a group of WW1 medals to a SJT. P.G. Webster s/n 152000 (what a great s/n!) of the CASC. In early October of 2006 while on lunch I was going through an antique shop and saw a small medal in case from The Adlershot Command Athletic Association inside was a medal issued to a P.G. Webster driver for the 5th Canadian Division, Team Wrestling on Horseback winners. I was dumbfounded and quickly purchased the medal. Since all the medals were purchased in my home town I can guess that at auction somehow the group was separated but fortunately I was able to regroup as it were. Take heart fellow collectors sometimes the medal Gods do shine on you and here is proof of that. Regards Steiner
