Stogieman Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Medalla "Alejo Carpentier" It is conferred to Cuban and foreign citizens acknowledging their outstanding merits and their labour enriching Cuban culture. Lukasz' site has no example of the ribbon. However, this image was culled from eBay:Biographical en Espanol, note the third name!:Sr.
Guest Rick Research Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Looks like the ribbon for the Mario Mu?oz Monroy medal. Maybe a question of actual shade. Maybe one of the strange Cuban awards with the same ribbon for xompletely diffrent awards. Maybe the wrong medal on this ribbon...ah, to be back to such BASIC knowledge that we cannot even be sure of what some awards' ribbons ARE!!!! makes me feel like a kid again.
