I don't know much about these patches, so I wondered if anyone could help me identify this one, and how old it could be. If you have any information, I would be grateful.Snoopy

leigh kitchen Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 (edited) 61st Div was the second line division to the Territorial Armys 48th (South Midland) Division, & was part of the Home Forces based in the UK, through WWII.Forgot to say - 48th Div's insignia was the same as this but the diamond was on an oval instead of a rectangle & a macaw was superimposed on the diamond.
