Guest Rick Research Posted May 21, 2007 Posted May 21, 2007 That's a new variant to me! Very disstinctive enamel patterning and narrow silver edges on the arms. I was fairly sure Wilhelms was wearing a BB&Co star EXCEPT for that ? shadow that looks like an upright pin. I'm of the opinion--from the vast numbers of these found in German groups--that the BB&Co stars were what German unit commanders awarded to their own men.Do you have his award document for that?
mario Posted May 21, 2007 Author Posted May 21, 2007 No, sorry it did not come with the lot. But I hope to get either more items or information on Wilhelms.I do have a few things left like his 2 EKs and his HK, one extra picture, a piece of garment, a couple of additional Ks, a miniature chain.I will be posting them during this week.
mario Posted June 7, 2007 Author Posted June 7, 2007 (edited) I am sorry for the delay. EK1 Edited June 7, 2007 by mario
mario Posted June 7, 2007 Author Posted June 7, 2007 (edited) Last picture in the lot so far. I think Wilhems is on the viewers left side. There is a woman behind the trio Edited June 7, 2007 by mario
mario Posted June 7, 2007 Author Posted June 7, 2007 The guy on the left, his TWM, EK1, and I believe the German ribbon bar that came with the lot.
mario Posted June 7, 2007 Author Posted June 7, 2007 Close on the guy to the right. He also was awarded a TWM
