What are the bars on the QSA and IGS?

A double MC narrows it down a bit. The placement of the IGS looks interesting. The LS medals also give me pause.

Looking at the trees, didn't notice the forest! IGS bracketed by Durbar and Jubilee, and did not an MSM always REPLACE a LSGC?

A cobbled together parts piece then? All too common among German pieces these days... has it spread to British?
