What is the diference?It's Singapore Armed Force Overseas service Medal with Non Operational ribbon.There is no difference,it's just obverse & reverse of the same medal.Most of the Singapore Medal are swiveling. leigh kitchen Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 It's interesting to see how similar some of the appointment & qualification badges are to British ones - the Bomb Disposal, ATO, Marksmans, PTI etc - I'd never have identified those as being Singapore Armed Forces.
