Many thanks for the clarification. What is the number range that needs to be preceeded by No and what is the range that can be without this ?

If I remember correctly

When reaching 6 digits the No: was dropped and above the 6 digit the 1Mil was added the the top arm.

Weather in white metal of silver its all in the details.

Not much detail in the cross posted showing little wear.

It looks like a casting.
