From the now-overflowing banks of the Ohio circa 1993. As bad as bad gets. Classic all hand snipped brass construction, painted NSDAP 25 and 10 devices made out of original 15s with nonsense combination and absurd devices-- "Hollywood" overkill. No need for a blacklight or even to see the reverse.
