There's no "Official Price Guide" value on a souvenir item like thiswhich then gets into how much someone interested in that unit is willing to pay for it. Just make sure you put the unit name and dates in the title, because nobody is going to find it as "old German medal" while specialist collectors may be out there forlornly trolling this unit day after day.
