Info about Oberst Freiherr von Barnekow ?

Bonjour,

I'm looking for information about the career of Freiherr von Barnekow.

I hasten to add that I'm after the one who commanded Th?ringisches Husaren regiment Nr.12 from 1863 to 1868 - and not one of his many namesakes ; there seems to have been Barnekows everywhere and I must admit to being a bit lost among them !

I'm interested as I have the Militair-Pa? of a Husar in his regiment - which he signed (lower left page) :
