Unknown Bahalwalpur order

I saw this in a local auction catalogue, and even if it isn't my collecting area, I'm always curious about unknown orders.

The text in the catalogue only says "Bahalwalpur, enameled badge".

Can anyone tell me what it is? Ed?

And when was it awarded?
