Research about Oskar Kayser - Ulan Reg. 11

can someone help me reaserch about Lt. Oskar Kayser. The only information a have about him is, that he served in preu?ischen Ulanen Regiment 11 in 1916.

If you have some information about him please help me.

Patent of 10.8.14

He was commanding the Minenwerfer-Abteilung of Ulanen-Regiment Nr. 11 from the summe rof 1917.

the photograph is from "Die gelbe Ulanen-Brigade". The original photograph was very small so I am not sure if a better scan is possible. I will try this evening.
