Ribbon bar help please

I got this costume made ribbon bar today and would like to ask some information about that.

What is your opinion, what period it would be and especially what award was on the middle? Life saving medal??? Also aprox. market value.

i think this is a life saving medal but there no long service medal which is strange!maybe a person who went back into service for the war?

What period EK2 it would be "1870" or "1914" and why there is no Franco Prussia war medal ribbon then (when EK2 is 1870") or why there is missing long service award ribbon, when its "1914" year one?
