I have made a big scan of a photo I have since several times. This is the best I can do.

I can read on the medal bar

SH3, SV3aX, SA3aX m. Kr, EK2, probably Hohenzollern, probably DA, ?

If someone can help me it will be great. Thanks

Sorry Christophe-- that is too badly blurred. The ribbons are completely out of focus... not a chance unless somebody can recognize his face. All I can see are the 4 Saxon Orders. I don't see an EK2 at all. Looks like maybe a W?rttemberg Lion or Bavarian MMO after his SA3aXmKr. Even that he is a Commander of the Saint Henry Order isn't going to help, since his shoulder boards are completely blurred out.
