Imperial Russia St George & The Dragon - A Medal or a Jeton?

I've had this some while, I belive that it's a jeton rather than a medal, has anyone any more details please?

The reverse:

It is the Medal " For bravery ". Provisional government. 1917 " to fighters for the Native land and Freedom ", yellow metal, 28mm diameter. Dmitry Kuchkina factory. I think, that your medal a copy. This my opinion, correct me if I am mistaken.
