Long Service Crosses

Please explain how to determine regular long service medals from Landwehr.

Images would be of great help. I just saw a nice Landwehr Cross posted by Motorhead.

"LD2" in 2nd place says "Reserve Landwehr" on the lower front:

You've already seen his "LD1." It has a SILVER Cross with a GOLD center disk.

Regulars' XXV in 4th place is all gilt bronze:

There is absolutely no way to tell from a ribbon on a ribbon bar whether it is an LD2, LD1, IX, XII, XV, or XXV-- the OTHER awards have to provide any possible "situational" clues. Six different awards, all same ribbon.

Okay, so the regular LS are gold/gilt and the Landwehr crosses are silver with gold center disk.
