Maksimov--it tellsMaria Dmitrievna Pogorelova in the city of Grozhny"You are awarded by the Ministry of Fuel Industry the Chinese People's Republic Medal 'A/O Sov-Chin Petrolueum.' You need to report the name and address of the organization in which you work, and your home address."Apparently they could not FIND her, and the address at top right was the last address they had for her.
