A sabre of honnour was the equal of a VC! To Squadren Commander larrier (Oh, but what regiment?!) .

Note also the "oh maybe also, instead a Cross of the Legion of Honor (officer class).

It's the second best vignette I've seen from this period.

Hello Paddywack,

I have 15 of 26. I could get maybe 4 or 5 more but the documents would date between 1820-1840. It's just not the same as one from the 1st Empire. I'm always finding marshals that I already have.

Just got in this miniature portrait of a french officer from around 1815-1840.
