Верховного Совета РСФСР.This school is one of the most famous military school in USSR. It has its history from Dec. 1917. It has such name ("MKPU") during 1938-1958.Now it's "Московское высшее военное командное училище (МВВКУ)" - "Moscow's high military command school". Edited September 8, 2008 by russiamilitaria
