I need help on this decoration. Its the Afghanistan Order of Military Training.

1.) Can someone tell me, whats written on the decoration?

2.) Does anyone know if there are variations of this decoration out there?

3.) What are the award criterias?

Interesting. Let me see what I can find. On what basis are you assigning this name?

I have a more general Ma'aref (Education) Order (1960-73), from the kingdom era (shown). This, apparently, came in two classes/types? Possibly what you show is a military equivalent?

Somewhere, I think I have one similar to what you show. Let me dig through boxes and notes.

The info are from the Medalhouse auction catalogue.

And your idea with the civil + military branch does make sens a lot as those you picture seem to be without the saber which is shown on the one in my post.
