RICK SCHMID Posted September 28, 2005 Author Posted September 28, 2005 Hi Rick ... unfortunately .. thats a well known fake thanks darrell. I had my doubts. I also need to figure out how to list my ek2 collection in on thread like you did. Any help would be appreciated.
David Robertson Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 Hi I also had one of these in the packet, I think most every one has had one of these at one time. Before the internet clubs sprang up, every one short of some experts thought these were ok. The research by some dedicated collectors and the internet has made this hobby much safer (and very painfull at times!). David Robertson

Howerver I bit the bullet big time on krigsmarine items. Thank God for the internet. I actually stopped collecting for 10 years because I was lost without information thats now available today
joe campbell Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 the immortal words of one of our ex-presidents...."i feel your pain...".i guess there is some small solace knowing thatthis warm pitting feeling in the center of one's gut, followed by the moderately annoying flushed feelingin the back of the neck is not as uncommon as onewould hope.immortal words #2:"teach your children well."joe
