Some badges to share and hopefully see some different examples.

First we have to mention Richard Sieper & S?hne L?denscheid RZM M9/25, the most prolific manufacturer of plastic badges.

Now we have some others, maker names.....

    SCH . SCH . & Co SCHM?LLN, TH?R

    WALGO KIERSPE-BHFi/w RZM M9/20

    BRUNO MULDE BREMEN

    BRUNO KLETT SCHNEY

These guys probably made more that one badge, so I'm hoping to see some more from them between us.

    Cheers

Could you post the backs of the first bunch (and any others that come up) too?

There is a direct link, I am sure, with the makers of plastic backed ribbon bars:

Iam hoping some detail with how the catches are affixed may put a name to the producer of these.

The green one is more of a Bakelite material, and I maybe should not have included it here with the others which are plastic material similar to the stuff used to make plastic models such as Tamiya etc.

These plastic ones also have sprue marks where they have been removed from the sprue. The bakelite one does not. I have others made of Bakelite if you need to see the pins.

    Hope it helps

    Cheers

 They all seem to have used the same sort of pin, which looks like it was a good system-- only one you've showed has the pin broken off.

Nothing so fancy on the ribbon bars... which I have never seen marked. :banger:

Have you ever seen period sales catalogs from any of these companies? (I can dream...)

I have the 3rd Reich Rudolf K?bsch periodicals, there is still one sheet and a couple of the Imperial sheets for sale at Weitze on the first page of their tinnie sub-section, but there are only badges, no mention of ribbon bars sorry. S&L might have mentioned them in a catalogue, I don't know.
