Belgium Information about this Belgian Medal

Hello!

I was hoping someone could tell me about this medal? From the appearance of the ribbon, it seems to relate to the Belgian Congo.

This is the medal of the veteran association "Ceux de 1940-45". ("Those of 1940-45)

The medal exists in bronze, silver coloured bronze and gold coloured bronze.
