Need help with shoulder board

I bought this shoulder board, at antiques market today, for next to nothing. Is it TR Reichsbahn, and what rank is it?

Reichsbahn, I've got one, I can't remember the rank.......shoulder strap for pay groups 13 & 12, according to Brian Leigh Davis in his "Badges & Insignia of the Third Reich".

Yes. That is the Model of June 1936 insignia which was supposed to have been replaced in September 1941 by very weird French style insignia, but remained in use to war's end.

I'm not sure of the precise job title and paygrade, but that rank was the same as an Unteroffizier in the Wehrmacht.

Here is the next rank up--same as a Feldwebel in the Wehrmacht. This collar tab was shared by both Reichsbahn ranks.
