Danmark : Peter Horn

Iceland : Thorstein Enton Jonsson

Norway : Helmer Gustav Einer Grundt-Spang

Lithuania : Pavel Nikodimovic Dargis

He was awarded the War cross with sword in 1945. He got the 212th cross out of 274 awarded, plus a DFC & Bar it seems. I can look into the War Cross case, if you would like.
