Ulsterman Posted July 2, 2008 Posted July 2, 2008 That's a new one for me. Is that for 1914 war volunteers only?
Eric Stahlhut Posted July 3, 2008 Author Posted July 3, 2008 hiya, if i recall correctly it was an organization that covered volunteers up through 1918. there is also a version without swords.
Guest Rick Research Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 Very nice K?st-marked badge! He was a big maker of Freikorps awards who seems to have vanished in the 1920s-- perhaps done in by the 1923 inflation? I should check out the Berlin city directories online and see when he vanishes from the listings.
Guest Rick Research Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 Aha. 1930 = Kaputt for Firma Paul K?st.Happier days, the entry from 1922--Other years' entries show Frau Voelke as n?e K?st.
