    All I know about this badge is that is supposed to be from the war with Finland. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    It's a "Ready for Medical Defense" badge from the 1930s-early 1940s. There were also Civil Defense (as below, with yours above), marksmanship etc etc from then, worn by military personnel and civilians who had passed training courses.

    Artillery Sergeant Iosef Gleb is wearing Ready for Medical Defense and Ready for Civil Defense badges here. :beer:
