Oh poor thing!!! The worst fate for a parade medal bar-- bad storage, neglect, damp, rust AND little :violent: monkey fingers jabbing stupid things on--probably because the moron yanked off the 1939 Spange there. Note that the ratty case outfitter's name does not even match the tag on the medals. :speechless::banger:

Not a prayer.
