Bavarian Weimar-era medal bar oddities

Not one of mine, but I one I came across in my quest to track down obscure Bavarian Weimar-era things.

#2 - is obviously a regimental commemorative.

#3 - no idea..

I'm fairly certain that I've seen the 14IR commemorative loose somewhere before, but I don't believe I've ever seen it on a ribbon before. The Alfons thing is completely alien to me.

1914 was the Centennial for Bavarian Infantry Regiment 14-- I have that "watch fob" medal as well as the unit jubilee book, with my amputee/Abwehr Oberstleutnant Alois Louis group. Here it is from some old on hand scans, along with the 125th jubilee tinnie from 1939

Love the IR14 Nazi-era "tinnie"... have not seen very many of those around!

what does the back of #3 say? It seems to be a 25 year commemorative of some sort.

Unfortunately, that's the only picture that I have. The bar isn't actually mine, just one that I stumbled across on sale somewhere. Trying to keep track of the oddball Bavarian stuff as it surfaces for reference.
