Vize Feldwebel Albert Badicke

Hi,

Let me present VzFw Albert Badicke from Mecklenburg.

He was in Inf Rgt 24 2 Masch Gewehr Komp and got the Mecklenburhg MeritCross II class May 15 1918 also got EK II

When I was looking for info I found out that a General in WW II from Mecklenburg was in the same regiment and maybe in the same Company ??

Gen d Inf Martin Gareis RK winner 1943 , HohenZollern, MVK II , MVK I among other awards.

He joined the Machine gun comp Inf Rgt 24 in 1914 and in 1915 he was Com of the Machine GC ( 1st ?)

I wonder if Albert Badicke also continued service in WW II ?
