    What a great find :jumping:

Two decades ago I saw something similar done for the Air Corps,

it was in terrible condition, falling apart

Saw an Army one in better condition in the late 1980s for a horrible

price at a show in San Francisco

I've never seen one done by a Marine

    i'm glad you appreciate it!

would you like to see more of the content in the future?

i am currently trying to figure out how to make the images more legible.

this book is a great reflection of the times-all kinds of stuff/jargon to pick up on.

condition of this one is extremely good-binding is still as it was and shows nominal age only as far as i can tell. hasn't been messed with since the time someone decided to wrap it in a loose plastic protective cover.

I like things like that, at a young age I acquired

two books by Bruce Bairnsfather (sp?)

American stuff is hard to find as it was not produced in

big numbers, and when produced is on really cheap paper

It gives a good eye to the times

Yes . . .I would like to see more

ok guys, i wish i could say, "no problem", but in this case there is a problem. i've been monkeying around trying to get images, but as i stated before--the dimensions of the book are making it quite difficult.

eventually i will figure something out-- and when i do, i will post pages, ok?

    thank you for your interest!

Being a fan of the Brit Old Bill (Bruce Bairnsfather) books, I'm looking forward seeing more.
