Paul L Murphy
Can anyone help identify these two patches ?I suspect they are both British but not sure.
leigh kitchen
The triangular badge is 3rd Infantry Div, WWII & post war.I can't place the other one, 36th Div wore a black or dark blue rectangle with two interlocked circles, a white one & a red one, during WWII, the circles represented two of the Brigades in the Div. Perhaps adding the blue circle to represent a third Brigade resulted in this badge, but I doubt it.I don't know what it is, but I have'nt got it & I'm sure you don't need this British stuff Paul... leigh kitchen
Wonder if there's a connection between the circles & "Ringway"? Probably not. Interesting
