Heer Help With Deciphering a Name

Hi All -

I am considering a Parade tunic that is purportedly for an Oberst of Artillerie Regiment 25. The name tag to the interior is as follows - I cannot make this out for anything. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I could be wrong Don but it looks like Herr Oberamtmann Fissel or Fiesel or similar.

I agree with Tony and suggest that the tag might not belong to what the tunic is said to be.

Thank you, Gentlemen - the tunic has a few other odd things about it as well. The tag seemed to have been put on after the fact, which is why I asked.

I'm late to this but agree. This is the label for a senior civil servant. Somebody's salting the mine again.

It is just maddening how many pefectly GOOD original tunics have been ruined for all eternity by nitwits "making them 'better.' " o
